Bach Flowers
July 4th, 2012
If we look at a flower with mindfulness, take the time, look deeply, we realise that it is made of only non-flower elements. We see the sunshine, the rain, the earth, the compost, the gardener's work.
They have come together in order to the flower to manifest.
If we remove all these non-flower elements there is no flower left.
Same thing is true with our-self; if we look into the self, we discover that the self is made of only non-self elements. Look into us, there are many non-us elements, non-self elements, the element of father, of mother, of ancestors, not only we have human ancestors but we have animal ancestors, vegetal ancestors, mineral ancestors. We see the food, we see the air, the water, we see the education; we see many many non-us elements, non-self elements. And if we had not seen them, we have not seen ourselves.
If you have not seen the non-flower elements, you have not seen the flower. That is meditation.
